1. Geltungsbereich / Scope

Diese AGB gelten für die mobile App Solitaire League für iOS und Android, vertrieben über den Apple App Store und den Google Play Store, sowie alle zugehörigen Online-Dienste von druniq.

These Terms apply to the Solitaire League mobile app for iOS and Android, distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and all associated online services by druniq.

3. Leistungsbeschreibung / Description of Service

Solitaire League ist ein faires, kompetitives Mobile-Solitär (Klondike). Alle Spieler erhalten dasselbe Deck; der Erfolg entscheidet sich durch Können, Tempo und Effizienz. Funktionen sind u. a.:

• kostenloses Solitär-Gameplay mit serverseitiger Fairness und Anti-Cheat,
• Ranglisten, Ligen und faires Matchmaking (MMR),
• Lobby- und Duell-Funktionen mit Echtzeit-Kommunikation,
• gemeinsames druniq-Konto inkl. Social-Funktionen,
• kosmetische Monetarisierung ohne Pay-to-Win,
• werbefinanzierte, optionale Bonus-Funktionen.

Solitaire League is a fair, competitive mobile solitaire (Klondike). All players get the same deck; success is decided by skill, speed and efficiency. Features include:

• free solitaire gameplay with server-side fairness and anti-cheat,
• leaderboards, leagues and fair matchmaking (MMR),
• lobby and duel features with real-time communication,
• a shared druniq account incl. social features,
• cosmetic monetization without pay-to-win,
• ad-supported optional bonus features.

4. druniq-Konto (App-übergreifend), Alter & Verhalten / druniq Account (cross-app), Age & Conduct

Für Konto-, Online-, Social- und Ranglistenfunktionen wird ein zentrales druniq-Konto verwendet, das mit denselben Zugangsdaten in mehreren angebundenen druniq-Apps (z. B. SketchLeague, Solitaire League, DrunixRalley) genutzt werden kann. Registrierung und Anmeldung erfolgen über einen zentralen druniq-Anmeldedienst (auth.druniq.com). Ein druniq-Konto kann somit für mehrere druniq-Apps verwendet werden. Verantwortlich für das druniq-Konto ist druniq. Konto- und Plattformdaten können app-übergreifend verarbeitet werden, soweit dies für Betrieb, Sicherheit, Social-Funktionen, Support oder Nutzerverwaltung erforderlich ist. Zugangsdaten sind geheim zu halten; das Konto ist nicht übertragbar. Die Registrierung erfordert für diese App zwingend die Festlegung eines Passworts; ein passwortloser oder gastweiser Zugang wird hier nicht angeboten.

Account, online, social and leaderboard features use a central druniq account that can be used with the same credentials across several connected druniq apps (e.g., SketchLeague, Solitaire League, DrunixRalley). Registration and sign-in are handled by a central druniq authentication service (auth.druniq.com). A druniq account may therefore be used for several druniq apps. druniq is the controller of the druniq account. Account and platform data may be processed across apps where necessary for operation, security, social features, support or user administration. Credentials must be kept confidential; the account is non-transferable. Registration for this app requires setting a password; passwordless or guest access is not offered here.

Die App richtet sich an Nutzer ab 13 Jahren. Für das Verhalten gelten die User Guidelines; Verstöße können zu Maßnahmen bis zur Kontosperre führen (siehe 4b).

The app is intended for users aged 13 and over. Conduct is governed by the User Guidelines; violations may lead to measures up to account suspension (see 4b).

4a. Userservice, Kontoverwaltung & Löschung / User Service, Account Management & Deletion

Bestimmte Kontoanliegen (z. B. Passwort, Recovery-E-Mail, Datenexport, Abmeldung, Daten-/Löschanfragen) können über das Userservice-Portal unter https://auth.druniq.com/userservice abgewickelt werden; alternativ per E-Mail an info@druniq.com. Da es sich um ein gemeinsames druniq-Konto handelt, kann die Löschung des Kontos app-übergreifend wirken und den Zugang zu mehreren druniq-Apps beenden. Über Store-Abos abgeschlossene Verträge sind separat über den jeweiligen Store zu kündigen.

Certain account matters (e.g., password, recovery email, data export, sign-out, data/deletion requests) can be handled via the user service portal at https://auth.druniq.com/userservice; alternatively by email to info@druniq.com. As this is a shared druniq account, deletion of the account may take effect across apps and end access to several druniq apps. Subscriptions concluded via stores must be cancelled separately via the respective store.

4b. Maßnahmen bei Verstößen / Measures for Violations

Bei Verstößen gegen diese AGB oder die User Guidelines können wir abgestufte Maßnahmen ergreifen: Verwarnung, Einschränkung oder Entfernung von Nutzerinhalten (z. B. Anzeigenamen), Einschränkung oder Sperrung einzelner Funktionen sowie temporäre oder dauerhafte Sperrung des Kontos. Da ein gemeinsames druniq-Konto genutzt wird, können Sperrung oder Löschung app-übergreifend wirken. Maßnahmen erfolgen unter Berücksichtigung der Verhältnismäßigkeit und Ihrer Rechte; in bestimmten Fällen können Coins/Cosmetics verfallen.

In case of violations of these Terms or the User Guidelines, we may take graduated measures: warning, restriction or removal of user content (e.g., display names), restriction or suspension of individual features, and temporary or permanent suspension of the account. As a shared druniq account is used, suspension or deletion may take effect across apps. Measures are taken with regard to proportionality and your rights; in certain cases coins/cosmetics may be forfeited.

5. Werbung / Advertising

Die App ist kostenlos und kann durch Werbung (z. B. Banner, Interstitials, Rewarded Ads) finanziert werden. Werbung wird über Google AdMob ausgeliefert. Personalisierte Werbung wird nur nach Einwilligung über die Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) eingesetzt; Einstellungen sind in der App änderbar. Das Umgehen oder Manipulieren von Werbung ist unzulässig.

The app is free and may be financed through advertising (e.g., banners, interstitials, rewarded ads). Ads are served via Google AdMob. Personalized advertising is used only with consent via the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP); settings can be changed in the app. Circumventing or manipulating ads is not permitted.

6. In-App-Käufe & virtuelle Güter / In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Optionale In-App-Käufe sind ausschließlich kosmetisch oder komfortbezogen und verschaffen keinen Wettbewerbsvorteil (kein Pay-to-Win). Virtuelle Güter (z. B. Coins, kosmetische Inhalte) haben keinen Geldwert, sind an das Konto gebunden, nicht übertragbar und nicht auszahlbar. Die Abwicklung und Erstattung von Käufen erfolgt über den jeweiligen App-Store nach dessen Bedingungen.

Optional in-app purchases are exclusively cosmetic or convenience-related and grant no competitive advantage (no pay-to-win). Virtual items (e.g., coins, cosmetic content) have no monetary value, are bound to the account, non-transferable and non-redeemable. Purchase processing and refunds are handled via the respective app store under its terms.

7. Faires Spiel & Anti-Cheat / Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

Das Spiel ist server-autoritativ. Manipulation, Automatisierung (Bots/Skripte), Absprachen, Mehrfachkonten oder das Ausnutzen von Fehlern sind untersagt. Bei Verstößen können Ergebnisse zurückgesetzt, Ranglistenplätze entfernt und Konten eingeschränkt oder gesperrt werden.

The game is server-authoritative. Manipulation, automation (bots/scripts), collusion, multi-accounting or exploiting bugs are prohibited. In case of violations, results may be reset, leaderboard placements removed, and accounts restricted or suspended.

8. Dienste Dritter / Third-Party Services

Die App nutzt u. a. Google AdMob (Werbung) sowie den Apple App Store / Google Play Store (Vertrieb, Käufe). Konto/Anmeldung und Social-Funktionen werden über einen zentralen druniq-Anmeldedienst (auth.druniq.com) und eine eigene Backend-Infrastruktur bereitgestellt. Diese Dienste unterliegen eigenen Bedingungen und Datenschutzrichtlinien.

The app uses, among others, Google AdMob (advertising) and the Apple App Store / Google Play Store (distribution, purchases). Account/sign-in and social features are provided via a central druniq authentication service (auth.druniq.com) and own backend infrastructure. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Verfügbarkeit & Updates / Availability & Updates

Eine unterbrechungsfreie Verfügbarkeit wird nicht garantiert. Die App kann aktualisiert, geändert oder eingestellt werden, u. a. zur Kompatibilität mit neuen Betriebssystemen. Online-Funktionen können vom Betrieb der Server abhängen.

Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. The app may be updated, changed or discontinued, e.g., for compatibility with new operating systems. Online features may depend on server operation.

10. Haftung / Liability

1) Unbeschränkte Haftung bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit und nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz.
2) Bei leicht fahrlässiger Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten Haftung begrenzt auf den vertragstypischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden.
3) Im Übrigen ist die Haftung – soweit gesetzlich zulässig – beschränkt oder ausgeschlossen. Zwingende gesetzliche Rechte bleiben unberührt.

1) Unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act.
2) For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
3) Otherwise, liability is limited or excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Beendigung / Termination

Nutzer können die Nutzung jederzeit durch Deinstallation beenden und ihr druniq-Konto über das Userservice-Portal (auth.druniq.com/userservice) oder per Anfrage an info@druniq.com löschen; die Löschung kann app-übergreifend wirken (siehe 4a). druniq kann den Dienst mit angemessener Ankündigung einstellen.

Users may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and may delete their druniq account via the user service portal (auth.druniq.com/userservice) or by request to info@druniq.com; deletion may take effect across apps (see 4a). druniq may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

12. Änderungen der AGB / Changes to Terms

Wir können diese AGB aus sachlichem Grund anpassen (z. B. Rechtslage, neue Funktionen). Über Änderungen informieren wir per In-App-Hinweis vor Wirksamwerden. Die jeweils aktuelle Fassung ist unter dieser Adresse abrufbar.

We may amend these Terms for objective reasons (e.g., legal changes, new features). We inform about changes via in-app notice before they take effect. The current version is available at this address.

13. Anwendbares Recht / Governing Law

Sofern keine zwingenden Vorschriften entgegenstehen, gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

Unless mandatory provisions apply, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany governs.

14. Verbraucherstreitbeilegung / Consumer Dispute Resolution

Wir sind nicht bereit und nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.

We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

15. Salvatorische Klausel / Severability

Sollte eine Bestimmung unwirksam sein oder werden, bleiben die übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.

If any provision is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
